Wheel channel spacing, tie-down positions, ramp width and angle, handlebar clearance, and side storage are all configured to your machines. If you’re loading adventure bikes back-to-back or race machines nose-to-tail, the layout is engineered accordingly.

Every trailer we build is designed by our qualified civil and mechanical engineer, with over 15 years of experience building trailers to Australian Design Rules and safety standards. We manufacture entirely from our Dandenong South facility using steel construction throughout.
If you’re after a tradie trailer for sale in Melbourne, you buy directly from us, with no agents or resellers marking up the price. Visit the workshop at any point during your build, inspect progress in person, and we’ll handle registration, number plates, and paperwork at delivery. Every trailer comes with a 12-month warranty and ongoing service support.

It depends on the bikes and their dimensions. We’ve built single-bike carriers, two-bike side-by-sides, and multi-bike tandem rigs for full racing teams. The number is always a function of your bike widths, handlebar reach, and what you’re towing with. Tell us the bikes and we’ll work out the configuration.
Yes. Wheel channel spacing is one of the first things we set at design stage, based on your specific tyre widths. If you’re carrying multiple bikes with different wheel profiles, each channel position is configured accordingly. We don’t use generic hardware. Every channel dimension is set to your bikes.
Yes. An enclosed shell protects bikes from road grit, debris, and weather on long-haul trips. We can include ventilation, interior lighting, side door access, tool storage, and a lockable rear ramp. Popular with touring riders, motorcycle dealers, and teams who travel to interstate events regularly.
The key factors are your tow vehicle’s tow ball rating, your GVM, and your trailer’s ATM. We design each build around the ATM you need and can advise on coupling specifications to suit your vehicle. Our engineer reviews and signs off on all specifications as part of the design process.
