Built for Caterers, Event Operators, and Mobile Food Businesses
Our BBQ trailers are used by catering businesses, event caterers, sports clubs, and food market operators who need a commercial cooking setup they can tow and run on location. Barbecue trailers built for regular, high-volume work need to handle heat, grease, and daily operation without issues mid-event.
We build for competitive BBQ teams that travel to events across Australia, butchers who cook and sell on-site, and festival caterers who set up for full-weekend events. A smoker trailer for this kind of use needs serious structural integrity, proper ventilation, and LPG storage that meets Australian safety requirements.

Configured Around Your Cooking Equipment and How You Serve
Our custom barbecue trailers are configured around the specific cooking equipment going into the build. Grill size, smoker box dimensions, ventilation placement, LPG cylinder storage, and prep bench layout are all designed to your brief before fabrication begins, including how many staff work the serving side.
For caterers who need a mobile kitchen trailer set up for high-volume service, the brief covers a lot more than the cooking equipment. Serving hatches, water systems, power access, and branding panels all factor into the design. Standard configurations give a starting point. A full custom build handles anything beyond that.
Designed and Built in Melbourne
We build our BBQ trailers to Australian Design Rules and relevant safety standards for LPG storage and ventilation. Bar bq trailers, catering rigs, and mobile kitchens all go through the same rigorous fabrication process at our Dandenong South facility, using premium quality Australian steel with qualified tradespeople on every build.
Our barbecue trailers for sale are each designed and signed off by our qualified civil and mechanical engineer, with over 15 years of experience. All builds carry a 12-month warranty and workmanship guarantee, with registration and paperwork handled on delivery. Workshop visits to check progress are always welcome.

FAQs About Our BBQ Trailers
Our builds comply with Australian Design Rules and safety standards, including requirements for LPG storage and ventilation. Food handling permits and council approvals are managed by the operator, as requirements vary by location. Our builds are constructed to support that compliance process, not work against it.
LPG cylinder storage is built into the design from the start, with proper ventilation, cylinder restraints, and access for inspection and changeover. All gas-related work meets Australian safety standards. If you’re running a large commercial setup with high gas consumption, we factor in cylinder quantity and size at design stage.
Yes. Sinks, water tanks, 240V power outlets, and cable management can all be incorporated into the build. Water system sizing and power requirements are factored into the design brief from the start. If you need a generator housing alongside the cooking setup, we can accommodate that too.
Yes. Branding panels, coloured sheeting, and graphic-ready exterior surfaces can all be incorporated at the build stage. A BBQ trailer often becomes the focal point of the event setup, and the exterior finish can reflect that. Talk to our team about exterior finish options when you enquire.
