Fuel Trailers
Reliable fuel trailers are a must for construction, infrastructure, mining, farming, and more. We build custom fuel and diesel trailers that provide the support you need.
Our Fuel Trailers
Each fuel trailer is configured for your site, the fuel type, and the access requirements.

TRailers Only
Why Trailers Only
Made by Aussies, Built for Aussies
Built in Melbourne using premium quality steel. Designed by our qualified civil and mechanical engineer, fully compliant with Australian Design Rules and safety standards. Properly maintained, it outlasts aluminium by up to 10 years on site.
Custom from the Ground Up
Every build starts from scratch, designed around your load and your site requirements.
12 Months Warranty
Every trailer comes with a 12-month warranty and workmanship guarantee. If something isn’t right, we fix it.
Built for Remote Sites, Construction, and Industrial Fuel Supply
Our fuel trailers supply construction sites, mining operations, agricultural properties, and remote infrastructure projects that can’t access commercial fuel stations. Diesel fuel trailers are the most common request, built to carry and dispense fuel on site for plant equipment, generators, and fleet vehicles operating away from grid supply.
We also build for emergency services, rural fire authorities, event operators running large generator setups, and aviation clients who need to dispense fuel at remote airstrips. Tanker trailers for specialised applications require specific pump equipment, anti-siphon systems, and fuel-type compatible tank materials, all of which are engineered in to specification.

Configured to Your Exact Specifications
Our fuel tanker trailers are designed around the volume you need to carry, the pump flow rate you require on site, and the dispensing configuration that suits your operation. Tank capacity, hose reel placement, flow metre, shut-off valves, and earthing and bonding points are all set to brief.
Any fuel trailer for sale through our workshop is built to Australian Design Rules and safety standards for fuel storage and transport. Standard configurations are available, and a full custom build handles specialist fuel types, non-standard volumes, or site access requirements. You work directly with our team throughout.
Designed and Built in Melbourne
Our oil trailers and fuel builds are fabricated entirely in-house at our Dandenong South facility, with no components outsourced. All tank materials and structural steel are sourced from Australian suppliers, and every weld and fitting is carried out by our qualified tradespeople under controlled conditions.
Every diesel trailer for sale through Trailers Only is designed by our qualified civil and mechanical engineer, with over 15 years of experience building trailers to Australian Design Rules and safety standards. All builds carry a 12-month warranty and workmanship guarantee. Registration, number plates, and all associated paperwork are handled on delivery.

FAQs About Our Fuel Trailers
Yes. Our fuel trailer builds are constructed to Australian Design Rules and relevant safety standards for fuel storage and transport. Tank construction, earthing and bonding, and pump configuration are all addressed at the design stage. Our engineer reviews and approves all specifications before production begins.
Tank capacity depends entirely on your brief and the volume your operation requires. We build both small auxiliary tank configurations and high-volume diesel supply trailers for remote mining and construction sites. ATM rating, axle configuration, and tow vehicle capacity are all factored in during the design process.
Pump type, flow rate, hose reel configuration, flow metre, and shut-off valves are all specified at the design stage based on your operational requirements. We source pump and dispensing equipment compatible with your fuel type, sized for the volume you need to dispense per hour on site.
Yes, with some important caveats. Different fuel types have different compatibility requirements for tank lining, pump materials, and seals. We can build for a specific fuel type or advise on multi-product configurations where permitted. Each application is reviewed by our engineer before we commit to a specification.
