What is the process for ordering a custom trailer?
1. Initial Consult:
During our initial meeting, our senior engineer will be present to assess your requirements. We have an in-depth discussion to consider:
LOAD – what exactly do you need to haul?
TRANSIT – how long and how often will you be in transit?
SPECS – what are the exact measurements of your load; what is the weight; are there any variables required for flexibility?
ROUTE – What route will you be travelling with your trailer? Are there any height and weight restrictions that we need to consider?
TERRAIN – Does your trailer need to enter a work site or tough terrain?
ATMOSPHERE – Will your trailer be spending a lot of time outdoors, near any chemicals or salt water; in hot or cold temperatures?
EXTRAS – Do you have any other special add-ons such as gas, electricity or plumbing?
2. Preliminary Sketches
After asking all the right questions, our engineering team considers a number of potential options for your needs. We present some preliminary sketches of what the trailer design could look like and discuss potential materials, construction and finishes.
3. Trailer Design
Upon agreement, our engineering team works on developing the blue prints for your custom trailer design. Allow a couple of weeks back and forth for tweaks and adjustments until the final design is drawn up.
4. Production
Upon sign off on the trailer design and once we agree on the production timeline, we begin building your custom trailer, which generally takes between 4 to 6 weeks depending on the specifications.
5. Workshop Visit
We will organise a time for you to visit our workshop during the construction of your trailer. We invite you to meet our team and speak to our engineers to check first hand on the progress of your trailer.
6. Delivery
Once your trailer is complete, we run all necessary safety checks and take care of the paper work, getting your trailer number plates and registration organised for you. We can deliver your trailer to you or invite you to pick it up from our factory.
7. Service & Maintenance
We schedule your trailer for a regular service to maintain safety standards and ensure your trailer is operating at peak performance.
How long does it take to build a custom trailer?
Upon sign off on the trailer design and once we agree on the production timeline, we begin building your custom trailer, which generally takes between 4 to 6 weeks depending on the specifications.
What is the warranty on your trailers?
Our trailers are engineered to meet all Australian safety standards and requirements so you can rest assured that your trailer will safely carry your load. We also observe all OH&S standards during manufacturing. Each trailer is protected with a 12 month warranty and workmanship guarantee.

What materials do you use to build your trailers?
We don’t believe in cutting corners. Each trailer is built using premium quality materials, parts and accessories which are hand picked from our Australian suppliers. Coupled with superb craftsmanship, our trailers are strong, durable and built to last.
Can I provide my own design or modifications?
No project is too difficult for us to tackle – in fact we love taking on those challenging projects! No matter what you need to haul, we will do our best to make sure we design and build a custom trailer that suits your exact needs. Each trailer is truly custom built.
What safety standards do your trailers meet?
Our trailers are designed and engineered by our qualified civil engineer who has over 15 years experience in engineering custom trailers that meet all Australian safety requirements and standards.
